Finally ensure MLL abides by all Little League Baseball rules.

Vice President

The MLL Vice President is the main backup for each position and thus understands how to perform each job function. Additional duties include maintaining manuals for each board position (to aid personnel transitions) and working special or long term projects outlined by the board.

The Security is the officer assigned the primary responsibility of recording meeting minutes and ensuring action items are carried out.

The Treasurer is the officer assigned the primary responsibility of overseeing the management and reporting of an organization’s finances, dispersing league funds as approved by the board of directors, reports on the status of league funds, keeps local league books and financial records, prepares budgets, and assumes the responsibility for all local league finances, including annual filing of taxes.

Volunteer board applications are being accepted now!

Monarch Little League maintains a strong volunteer Board of Directors to keep our programs running. We are looking for Board Members that are interested in furthering the mission of MLL and whose primary objective is for the positive benefit of all of MLL.

Each year, new members are needed to replace the “aging out” Board Members (who take years of experience with them). We have an ongoing need to recruit new Board members and especially encourage involvement from our younger Tee Ball and Single A divisions to be the future leaders of MLL.

Maintaining a full slate of Board members enables enough volunteers for programs or activities like Winter Clinics, Opening Day, Rockies Day, AAA Tournament, All Stars, etc.

Please reach out to [email protected] if interested.
