Refund Policy

Monarch Little League realizes that sometimes plans change after registering a child which will not allow your child to play baseball or softball. Our refund policy is as follows:

Players registered in Machine Pitch (Baseball), Coach Pitch (Softball), or T-Ball Divisions:

  • If you notify MLL prior to being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full, less a $20 processing fee.
  • If you notify MLL after being assigned to a team but before the first game is played, MLL will issue a 50% refund.
  • If you notify MLL after the first game is played, MLL will not issue a refund.


Players registered in Kid Pitch Divisions:

  • If you notify MLL prior to the draft or before being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full, less a $20 processing fee.
  • If you notify MLL after the draft or after being assigned to a team and before the first game is played MLL will issue a 50% refund.
  • If you notify MLL after the first game is played, MLL will not issue a refund.
For All Programs:
  • In the event community health concerns warrant cancelation of the entire programs, MLL will refund an appropriately prorated amount up to the full amount.
