Spring Kid Pitch Juniors

The Juniors Division is a competitive baseball league for Little League Age 13–14-year-olds. There are no age exceptions for Juniors. Juniors play at the major league basepath and pitcher mound dimensions.

As in all MLL divisions, managers emphasize fundamentals, teamwork, player development and fun.  In Juniors, players pitch, and walks are allowed. There is no maximum-run-per-inning rule is in place.  Scores are kept, outs are recorded, and league standings are published on the MLL website. No hitting or pitching statistics are published, however.

Juniors plays an interleague schedule against the teams in District 2. This means there will be travel to the various other towns. See the list of teams in our district here

Players who register for the Juniors must attend an evaluation.  Evaluations are listed on the website calendar.  Specific times will be published on the website and updates will be emailed to players that have registered for Juniors.  The purpose of the assessments is to ensure that players are registered for the division that best matches their playing level and to assist in forming balanced teams within each division. Players who desire to be on a Juniors team but are deemed at an Intermediate 50/70 quality level will be placed on an Intermediate 50/70 team.

Players in the Juniors Division are eligible for selection to an All-Star Team that will participate in a post-season tournament at the District level and potentially at the State level in July.
